Dentin ZR

Aesthetic ceramic coating applied over a baked resistant substructure based on ultra hard zircon and sodium oxide.

The material imitates the natural transparency of enamel.
Dentin is used to create a layer that forms the anatomical basis of the simulated tooth.

  • 1st dentine treatment: After applying dentine, place the crown on the oven tray and place it in the oven at a preheating temperature of 450°C. Next, keep the oven closed for 6 minutes (the reaction starts at 450 ° C vacuum) and warm up to 810 ° C with a rise step of 45 ° C/minute. Exposure time: 1 minute in vacuum mode. For more than one prosthesis with a high porcelain content, the firing temperature can be increased by about 10°C.
  • After completing the firing of the first Dentin/Enamel, align and clean the crown or bridge. Next, to burn the second dentin, apply a second layer of Dentin or Enamel.
  • 2nd dentin treatment: Follow the same steps as during the first burning of dentin, while the firing temperature must be reduced by 10°C.
