Glaze Powder Universal

The glaze provides glazing on the ceramic surface.

It is a finely dispersed mass that, after firing, gives the crown a natural shine and a smooth surface, filling all micropores on the surface of the treated crown. Along with the glaze, it is also recommended to use universal dyes SD CERAM as external paints. One of the key features of the glaze is the possibility of complete retouching of the surface of the treated crown. The glaze has a finely dispersed structure that allows you to close all the micro-holes of the crown relief that appear after processing. The second, no less important feature of the glaze is the ability to give the product a natural shine.

Glazing / Roasting glaze for metal frame:

Perform a deep cleaning of the crown or bridge with a diamond tool after coating the surface.

Firing

Before applying another ceramic mass, first perform a deep cleaning of the frame and layer with steam or water and a brush.

Place the crown on a baking tray with a preheating temperature of 450°C. Then dry for 3 minutes and warm up without vacuum mode. Exposure time: 1 minute without vacuum mode.

Glazing / Firing glaze for zirconium ceramics:

After complete surface treatment with a diamond tool, perform a deep cleaning of the crown or bridge.

Firing

The glaze of layered crowns and bridges should be fired before applying paints and colors of SD Ceram and DAG glaze at a temperature of approximately 800 ° C.

To obtain color, paints, SD Ceram colors and glazes can be applied and fired.
